Slow progress

Progress is slow but steady on the solar installation.  Today most of the roof brackets were fitted in readiness for the panels to go on tomorrow.  Nothing more happened inside but there is a plan to do more of the electrics tomorrow as well.  It’s looking more and more likely that completion will be Thursday rather than Wednesday, which was always a possibility rather than a likelihood.

Meanwhile the house martins continue to feed at the nest undaunted by the scaffolding and goings on around them.  At least two young were poking their heads out of the nest today awaiting the return of one of their parents.  It’s been reasonable weather for collecting flies (if you are a house martin) so visits have been frequent for most of the day.
